OUR STORY
Trudies Catering Kitchen Ltd. is celebrating 22 years in business this year and is going from strength to strength catering for our loyal customers.
We specialise in manufacturing premium quality, bulk pre-packed salads for the Catering and Retail Trade, authentic, fresh, wholesome, delicious and healthy. All our salads are made and distributed fresh daily.
Our salads are additive and preservative-free and tested by the Coeliac Society of Ireland. All have their own unique licence number validating being a gluten-free product.
The foundation of our company is our Catering Business which has expanded along with our processing and distribution business. We supply superior quality handmade salads for banquets, barbecues and marquee weddings throughout Ireland.

We know that life can get super busy, and cooking for a family or a large group of guests is not exactly your top priority. That is why we’re happy to cater to all of your requests and deliver on the morning platters of finger food. Our Wedding night Tayto sandwich pack for the resident's bar goes down a treat.
